During the session\, Asil Toksal will open up a connection to angelic and archangelic guides who offer wisdom and energetic healing and alignment for participants.\nMany report the experience of peace\, various forms of healing\, transmissions of information\, messages\, light and energy. We recommend that you open yourself to the energy that is brought into the room with a clear intention and prayer.\nPlease carefully read the information below for your preparation.\nAbout Asil:\n \nAbout Asil \n\nWhat to expect in a session:\n \nWhat to expect? \n\nTO BRING\n– Wear white or bright colors\, comfortable clothes– Yoga Mat or Zabuton– Pillow for sitting (or lying) comfortably on the floor– Blanket– Water & tissues\nNo food\, photography or video is allowed during the session.\nPREPARATION\n– Set your intention for the session. To some degree\, you can steer where the energy should go.– Please arrive on time or before time. We start at 16.30\, and you will not be able to enter after this time.– Go easy on yourself\, and plan to be in the session until as late as 20:00.– It is recommended that you eat light the day of the session.
