For all those that have been part of sessions before\, online or in-person\, this is an opportunity: \n\nto commune as a community of practitioners\, or being “new to the work”\nto share their experiences\nto share anything that comes for you in light of circumstances and spiritual work combined\nto ask questions to Asil or the others in the community\nto discuss how to get the most out of sessions\,\nto share how to prepare for sessions beforehand\nto explore how to integrate in the best possible ways\nand all other things that come up 🙂\n\nThis session will be an open format\, where we will open with a short grounding meditation and a quick intention setting for this digital gathering.
