DESCRIPTION:In these extraordinary times of change and challenge we come together (through LiveStream) to open ourselves up to receive messages and a divine energy to support us. To some degree you can steer where the energy should go.\n– Please join us on time.\n– Go easy on yourself\, and plan to be in the session all the way and keep at least another 30 minutes for yourself to meditate or rest afterwards\, to land in your body and let the energy settle.\n– It is recommended that you eat light the day of the session or maybe skip the coffee or big meal right before.
